摘要
本文阐述了辉绿岩铸石管材工业性试验中,不同阶段的结晶作用。借助于差热分析、偏光显微镜、X射线衍射和扫描电镜等测试手段研究了工艺过程的结晶规律。为控制均匀成核、结晶生长和提高产品质量提供了依据。
In this paper the crystallization of diabase cast stone pipe detained from differend stage in the industrial test is expounded. The process of crystallization was studied with DTA, polarizing microscope, XRD and SEM etc. The law of the crystallization provided scientific basis for control homogeneous nucleation, crystal growth as well as the improvement of product quality.
