轮胎均匀性检测机理及设备研发进展 被引量:3

The Challenges of Constructing Talent Pool During Manufacturing Revitalizing in American and the Revelation to China

摘要 轮胎均匀性是影响车辆行驶性能的重要参数之一,依据从事YLS系列轮胎低速均匀性检测设备的检测机理研究与设备研发及工业化推广应用的实践过程,简单介绍了轮胎低速均匀性的检测机理、表征参数以及国内外在基础研究与设备研发方面的研发进展情况。根据国内外情况对轮胎高速均匀性检测设备的研发现状及其在轮胎生产企业中的应用前景进行了分析与预测,提出了我国目前亟待加强轮胎高速均匀性检测设备的检测机理等基础技术理论研究的建议,以期对轮胎均匀性检测设备的研发和工业应用提供参考。 Nowadays the U.S.is carrying out the strategy of revitalizing manufacturing to get through the effect of financial crisis.However,it has to face a great challenge of the shortage of skilled workers.The reason of the shortage of skilled workers is that the phenomena of de-industrialization in U.S.economy has resulted in a low share of employment and a low rate of educating skilled workers in the manufacturing sector.Therefore,the United States has started a long-term educating skilled workers strategy through focusing on science and engineering education,and executed a new immigration policy and extend the temporary work visas of special foreign professionals,and improved the manufacturing competitiveness by means of trade and tax incentives to attract the high talents to strengthen manufacturing.As for as China,we should attach great importance to educate engineering talent and attract overseas Chinese students to return home to strengthen manufacturing sector so that we could compete with the U.S.in the future.
