摘要
针对中频无芯感应电炉炉衬烧结时间长,电耗高,电炉生产作业率低的问题,研制成功了一种炉衬烧结时间短,电耗低,使用寿命长的新工艺。采用该工艺具有较好的节能效果。
In view of the problem that coreless medium frequency induction furnace lining has long sintering time and high power consumption in sintering,and electric furnace has low operation efficiency,we research a kind of new technology which has short lining sintered time,low sintering power consumption,and long durability.Using the new technology,good energy saving effect is obtained.
