摘要
利用回转粘度计研究了短切碳纤维水泥浆体的流变特性。在纤维长度为5mm时,体系随纤维掺量的增加表现为触变和反触变行为的变化;在纤维掺量为1%时,纤维长度增加,则体系的反触变性加强。体系屈服应力和表观粘度随纤维掺量增加而增加,但增长率减小。这种体系是屈服一假塑性体,适合于Casson模型。
In this paper, the rheological properties of carbon fiber-renforced cement paste have been inverstigated by use of rotation viscometer. When staple length is 5mm, the cement paste shows the thixotropy and reverse rheopexy performance with increase of addition amount. When addition amount is 1%,the reverse rheopexy increases with increase of staple length. The yield stress and limiting viscosity number increase with the in- crease of addition amount and staple length, but the rate of increase decrease. The cement paste is yield-pseudo-plastic fluid that meets the Casson model.
