摘要
综述了高碳钢连铸方坯中心偏析的成因和控制方法 ,分析了电磁搅拌和接近液相线温度的低过热度浇铸技术对消除或改善高碳钢连铸方坯中心偏析的作用和效果。指出低过热度浇铸和二次水膜强化冷却是解决高碳钢连铸方坯中心偏析的有效途径 ,并可提高拉坯速度。
The formation mechanism and control technology of centerline segregation in continuous cast high-carbon steel billets are reviewed in this paper.The effects of electromagnetic stirring and low surperheat casting at near liquidus temperature on eliminating or improving the centerline segregation in high-carbon steel billets are also analyzed.It is put forward that casting at near liquidus temperature and internsive secondary cooling are the effective way to solve the centerline segregation in continuous cast high-carbon steel billets,which also can increase casting speed.
