摘要
在铸钢件补焊工艺评定时,要求对试样中的焊缝、热影响区、母材部位进行维氏硬度的梯度试验。硬度压痕与压痕之间必须呈等间距,且为直线行排列。选用了HV-120型维氏硬度计进行试验,用两块方形磁铁起到固定试样的作用;同时,还要用游标卡尺的精度来保证压痕之间的距离准确。其操作方法简单易行,达到了试样成直线平稳移动的效果,使压痕的间距尺寸误差为±0.02mm。定位准确,硬度压痕的对角线清晰,数值可靠,符合规程的要求。
Gradient test of Vickers hardness is required at the positions of weld, heat affected zone and material in process evaluation for cast steel welding. Space between dents shall be equal, and they shall be align~ a straight line. HV-120 Vickers hardness tester was selected for the test, and two square magnets were the to, fix sample, vernier caliper shall be used to maintain the accuracy of space between dents. The operation is sil and feasible. It can assure the specimen move in a straight line, and reduce the space deviating between den1 !0. 02 mm. By doing so, a clear diagonal line and reliable value can be obtained, and it meets the requiremel specification.
