渗流铸造法制备多孔泡沫金属电极 被引量:8

摘要 介绍了泡沫金属电极的制备方法 ,对其中渗流铸造法的原理及工艺参数作了详细讨论。认为采用渗流铸造法制备多孔泡沫金属电极 ,可克服现有电极材料制作方法不能同时保证电极的高孔隙率和活性物质的均匀分布 ,以及三维集流体强度结构的问题 ,有利于降低电池的内耗 ,提高电池的使用寿命。 Methods of making porous foamed metallic electrode are presented in this paper.The mechanism and technological parameters of penetration casting are elucidated in detail.It is concluded that the porous foamed metallic electrodes made by penetration casting are provided with properties of high porosity,homogeneous distribution of active matter and strengthened structure of three-dimension liquid simultaneously,which can not be achieved by adopting other methods and are advantageous to reducing the internal consumption of battery and improving the battery life.
