喷涂造衬技术在湘钢3号高炉上的应用

Practice of spraying lining technique at No.3 blast furnace in Xianggang

针对高炉炉身砖衬、冷却设备破损严重状况 ,借高炉换大钟检修机会 ,1 998年 7月在湘钢 3号高炉炉身中上部实施喷涂造衬 ,取得高炉安全生产 ,延长寿命 ,改善技术经济指标的效果 .

Aimed at the status of serious breakages on the linings of blast furnace body and its cooling equipments, technical renovation for spraying lining on blast furnace body at No.3 blast furnace in Xianggang was carried out during the time on July 1998 when the furnace charging bell was being repaired. As a result of which, effect of safety production, extension of furnace campaign life and improvement of technical and economic index were achieved.
