采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,对参加全国青少年后备人才集训的教练员对于选材与训练评价指标体系认知态度进行比较全面、系统的调查,分析和探究我国排球后备队伍教练员在选材与训练两个方面的指导思想,把握教练员对选材与训练评价指标体系认知态度,也为青少年女排运动员选材与训练的方法与手段上提供理论依据,为教练员在执教过程中提供理论参考。
