领会式教学比赛模式在高校普通女生篮球选项课的实践研究

Practice research on understanding game mode in female basketball course of high school

通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和实验法,对随机选取的漳州职院非体育专业女生篮球选项班进行领会式比赛模式的教学实验,结果表明:领会式比赛模式能促进学生较好的掌握投篮技术动作和形成快速运球能力,且在培养女生下肢爆发力、速度耐力以及学习兴趣方面要优于传统模式。

By the methods of Literature,Questionnaire,Mathematical static and Experiment,research on understanding game mode in female basketball course of high school.Random selecting two female basketball classes,and Conduct to experiment.Result is that game mode can promote student to grasp shooting and quick dribble better.secondly,it can frost Explosive force,speed and learning interesting better than traditional mode.
