摘要
于工作场所采用微孔滤膜采样夹以5L.min-1流量采集空气样品15min,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中铬的含量。选择灰化温度为1 300℃,原子化温度为2 400℃。铬的质量浓度在5mg.L-1以内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为6.81×10-4 mg.m-3。应用此法分析了采集的空气样品,加标回收率在98.8%~100.7%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.2%~2.4%之间。
Air sample over working-place was collected by using microporous filtering film with a flow-rate of 5 L·min-1 for 15 min,and the content of chromium in sample was determined by GFAAS.Temperatures selected for ashing and atomization were 1300 ℃ and 2 400 ℃ respectively.Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of Cr was obtained in the range within 5 mg·L-1,with detection limit(3s/k) of 6.81×10-4mg·m-3.The proposed method was used in the analysis of air sample,values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 98.8%-100.7%,and values of RSD′s(n=6) found were in the range of 2.2%-2.4%.
