摘要 本文对钢板轧后水幕冷却时影响对流换热系数和冷却效果的各种因素、冷却时间、冷却区长度、冷却水消耗量、冷却装置的数量与安装形式以及系统的冷却速度进行了分析。这些研究结果可对实际生产提供指导和帮助。 The influences factors on heat exchange of convection and cooling efficiency, cooling time, length of cooling zone, consumption of cooling water, the number and installation form of cooling equipment and the cooling speed of the system are analysed, which are helpful to practical production.
