摘要
大连华锐重工集团股份有限公司与日本某工业株式会社合作开发了异型断面型材拉拔精整生产线。本文介绍了该生产线的工艺流程和主要设备。该生产线可适应异型型材市场的多种需求,实现自动化生产高精度、高质量的异型断面型材,具有国际先进水平。
A drawing finishing production line for shaped profile steel was developed cooperatively by DHI DCW Group and an industrial joint-stock company in Japan.The process flow and main equipments of the production line are introduced in this paper.The production line can adapt itself to every demand of shaped profile steel markets,and automatically produce high-accuracy and high-quality shaped profile steel,which stands on the advanced world level.
