摘要
针对带钢产生L翘问题进行了理论分析,并以国内某钢铁企业电镀锌生产线中的拉矫机为研究对象,建立拉矫仿真弹塑性模型。通过设定各种工况,运用MARC有限元软件对带钢的实际拉伸弯曲矫直过程进行弹塑性仿真,由仿真结果分析了弯曲辊排布方式及各工作辊插入深度对消除带钢L翘缺陷的影响,对指导带钢拉矫生产具有一定意义。
Theoretical analysis of the longitudinal warping was made.In the light of this,an elastic-plastic model for the pulling straightening was established by taking a tension leveler in a galvanized product line which belonged to a certain iron and steel enterprise domestic as a research object.Besides,by setting many kinds of working conditions,the elastic-plastic simulation of pulling straightening process for the actual strip warping was conducted with the finite element software MARC.Meanwhile,an impact of the collocation of bending rolls and the intermesh of working rolls on the elimination of longitudinal warping is analyzed according to the results of the simulation.The research is of benefit to the strip steel pulling straightening.
