摘要 本文介绍了安钢VD炉真空系统的原理和相关参数,针对VD炉真空系统出现的工作真空度太低或系统的抽气时间过长问题,分析了故障产生的原因是真空系统内积水、积灰、泄漏及受冷凝水的压力和温度的影响,并采取了排水、除灰、调节冷凝水的压力和温度等措施。通过一年的生产实践,证明真空系统的稳定性得到提高,产品质量也大大提高,突发故障率降低80%。 The principle and relative parameters of VD refining furnace′s vacuum system are introduced.Aiming at the problems that the working vacuum degree of VD refining furnace′s vacuum system is too low and its pumpdown time is too long,the fault causation was analyzed.It was found that the fault causation is the hydrops,dust stratification and leakage in the vacuum system,and the influence of depression and temperature caused by condensate water.Therefore,the measures of draining off water,removing dust,and adjusting depression and temperature of condensate water were taken.The practical productin demonstrates that the stability of the vacuum system of VD refining furnace and the product quality have been improved by the measures,and the failure rate has been decreased by 80%.
