摘要
本文针对管排锯在生产中伺服电机的进给速度波动较大的问题,通过控制规律运算、利用仿真软件Matlab的手段,得出最优的PID参数,达到了改善伺服系统动态性能,提高了系统刚度的目的,使无缝钢管成品的长度偏差量、管头端面的质量及粗糙度得到极大的提高,从而实现了管排锯设备的国产化。
In order to solve the problem that the servo motor feed rate has fluctuation in the production process of the tube row saw,the controlling rule was analyzed and the simulation software Matlab was adopted.The optimal PID parameters were obtained with a common effort.Finally,the servo system dynamic performance and the stiffness of the whole system were improved,so that the finished product length deviation,head surface quality and accuracy of the seamless steel pipes are improved greatly.The manufacturer domestication of tube row saws was realized.
