摘要
依据弹塑性理论,针对压力矫直过程中厚壁钢管截面扁化问题进行了分析,建立了厚壁钢管截面扁化数学模型,并针对该问题通过有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行了验证,并指出了该模型的适用范围。
The problem of cross section flattening for thick-walled steel pipe during the pressure straightening is analyzed in the light of the elastic-plastic theory.The mathematical model of cross section flattening for thick-walled steel pipe was established.The model was verified with the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The scope of application of the model was defined.
