摘要 架空索道线路支架的整体力学性能及应力、变形情况进行分析是架空索道结构设计的重点。文中结合具体实例,以I-DEAS软件为主要分析工具,通过对某架空索道线路三圆柱支架进行合理的简化与等效,在建立实体模型的基础上,建立了能反映结构特性的有限元计算模型,正确进行边界条件的处理,并对其进行结构有限元分析计算。最后根据计算结果,证明了此种线路支架结构能够达到该条索道支承线路支架的要求,可以应用于工程实际中。 The analysis on the dynamics capability,stress and deformation of the route stand for aerial ropeway is the key of the aerial ropeway design.Taking I-DEAS software as the major analysis tool,the FEM calculation model that could reflect its structural characteristics was established after the 3D model was built through proper simplification and equalization of a rope way's three-column route stand.The boundary condition of the calculation model was accurately processed.Its structure was calculated with FEM.The calculated results demonstrate that the structure of the rope way's route stand can meet the requirements of the rope way's supporting route stand and it can be used in practicle project.
