Enhancing the Capability of Technological Renovation and Building Baosteel into a Base of Superior Steel Products

立足做“高”做“强”，加强技术创新，实现产业化，建设宝钢精品基地是宝钢发展战略。上海宝钢研究院是宝钢技术创新的核心，应正确处理好技术创新与观念等几项创新的关系，探索适应企业技术创新体系特点的运行机制，推进技术创新的实施，着力宝钢“四新”产品的研究和开发，加速成果转化，实现更高水平的技术跨越。

The developing strategy for Baosteel is to achieve excellence and strength in place ofhollow bigness, strengthen technology renovation and realize the industrialization and build Baosteel into abase of superior steel products. Being the core of technological renovation of Shanghai Baosteel ResearchInstitute, it should deal with the relation between the technology renovation and the concept change,mechanism-, and market-renovation, explore the functioning mechanism which suits the characteristics ofan enterprise's technology renovation, carry forward the implementation of technology renovation and attach great importance on R & D of' Four New' products, and speed up the transformation of sei-tech results for a higher level of technologies.
