摘要
针对宝钢一冷轧10kV电缆使用寿命问题开展的试验研究中,用逐级升压法对使用中的旧电缆和新电缆各二组试样进行逐级升压击穿试验,并采用威布尔分布法和回归分析法计算各组的平均击穿电压。从而由新旧电缆平均击穿电压之比和旧电缆已服役的年限,计算出旧电缆绝缘的老化速率及旧电缆的剩余寿命。
A series of tests on the life-span of 6/10 kV cable for No. 1 Cold Rolling Mill powersupply system were carried out, in which, the gradual voltage-boosting breakdown test was carried out bystep -to-step voltage boosting on the each two group samples of new and used cable. With Wielable Distribution and Regression Analysis methods, the average breakdown voltage of each group was calculated. Andbased on the ratio of their average breakdown voltage and the service life of used callles, the aging rateand remaining life-span of the used cables can be worked out.
