炼油厂铁路专用线是炼油厂储运设施的主要组成部分,其装卸区平面设计涉及铁路相关知识和石油化工相关规范的结合,因而具有其特殊性和复杂性。基于此,结合相关规范和工程实例,重点从石油化工厂厂区内的铁路装卸区平面设计中常见的问题或常被忽视的环节、设计中的关键点、相关规范的合理运用、铁路相关知识的有效结合等方面,分析了并列相邻栈桥布置、管架跨越装卸线布置、装卸线与栈桥平面布置、顺次相邻栈桥布置、沥青栈桥平面布置、装卸线尽头布置的平面设计要领、设计技巧和优化措施,并对装卸区平面设计中重要的关键问题进行了阐述。

The private railway was a major component of storage and transportation facilities in the refinery.The layout design of this working area involved the railway relevant knowledge and petrochemical relevant standards,which had its particularity and complexity.Combining with the related specifications and project examples,essentials,skills,and optimization measures of the layout design for the parallel layout of adjacent bridges,pipe rack crossing the loading and unloading line,layout of loading and unloading line and bridge,sequential layout of adjacent bridges,layout of asphalt bridges,layout of loading and unloading line end in respect of common mistakes,easily overlooked links,key points,reasonable application of relevant standards,effective combination of related railway knowledge were analyzed.Several key issues of the layout design were also described.
