往复式压缩机在沁水盆地煤层气地面集输中的应用

摘要 目前,我国已勘探开发的煤层气田具有"低渗、低压、低产"的特点,为了满足煤层气外输压力要求,通常需要增压输送。但是,在压缩机组选型时,必须充分考虑煤层气异常低压、可能含有煤粉杂质以及高压比、小流量等比天然气集输更为严格的使用工况。通过对樊庄区块集气站压缩机选型经验的介绍,分析了电机驱动和燃气轮机驱动两种驱动方式的特点及对煤层气田集输的适应性,对两种机组的现场使用情况进行了对比,并提出了针对煤层气集输用压缩机在设计选型、配置以及运行管理等方面的建议。对国内同类煤层气田的开发和压缩机选型具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。 At present,CBM is usually boosted to meet the requirement of transmission for the CBM field with low permeability,low pressure,and low output in China.However,during the selection of compressors,more strict work conditions such as abnormal low pressure,containing pulverized coal impurities,high compression ratio and low flow should be considered.The experiences of the reciprocating compressor selection for gas gathering stations in Fanzhuang Block of Qinshui Basin were introduced.The characteristics and adaptabilities of electrical motor driving and gas-turbine driving compressors were analyzed,and their applications were compared.Suggestions on the type selection,configuration,and relevant operation management of the reciprocating compressor for the gathering and transportation system in the CBM field were put forward.The essay was helpful and referential for the selection of compressors in the development of similar domestic CBM fields.
