摘要 抑郁症是当今社会常见的严重危害人类身心健康的疾病,是自杀和丧失工作能力的首要原因。中枢神经系统递质功能的失调是抑郁症发病的主要机制。近期大量研究表明,谷氨酸及其受体在抑郁症的发病过程中扮演了重要的角色。文中就谷氨酸受体在抑郁症发病及治疗中的作用进行综述。 Depression,a common disorder in modern society,does serious harm to human physical and mental health,and remains a leading cause of suicide and work disability.The dysfunction of transmitters in the central nervous system is considered to be the main mechanism of the pathogenesis of depression.Recently,a large number of researches show that glutamate and its receptors play an important role in the pathogenesis of depression.In this article,we review the roles of glutamate receptors in the development and management of depression.
