神经外科术中核磁共振感染因素分析及预防控制

Analysis of Risk Factors for Surgical Infection in Intraoperative MRI-guided Neurosurgery and Its Prevention and Control

目的为加强手术室的监控与管理,预防医院感染,有效降低神经外科术中磁共振手术感染率,确保患者就医安全。方法分析75例术中应用磁共振手术感染的危险因素从而制定预防及控制措施。结果 75例手术患者术后随访,伤口愈合良好,未发生手术感染。结论有效地控制和管理术中磁共振手术室感染,可降低神经外科手术感染率,提高医疗质量管理。

Objective To strengthen the monitoring and management of operating room and prevent nosocomial infection so as to reduce the infection rate in image-guided neurosurgery with intraoperative MRI and to ensure the safety of patients. Methods According to the analysis of risk factors in 75 patients underwent MRIguided neurosurgical operations,we formulated the preventive and control measures. Results The postoperative follow-up of 75 patients underwent MRI-guided neurosurgical operations showed that the wound healing was good and no postoperative infection was occurred. Conclusion Effective control and management of the infection in MRI-guided neurosurgical operations can reduce the infection rate of neurosurgical operation and improve the quality of medical management.
