摘要
目的探讨溶血标本对部分血液生化检验结果的影响及应对措施。方法采用BACKMAN DxC800型全自动生化分析仪检测湖南省肿瘤医院50位健康体检者溶血前和溶血后的两份血液标本,分别获得血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、尿素氮(BUN)、K+、Na+、Cl-的值,并进行比较和统计分析。结果溶血后ALT、AST、TBIL、K+值比溶血前的值高,差异有统计学意义;BUN、Na+、Cl-的值溶血前后差异无统计学意义。结论本试验证明,溶血标本可对部分血液生化结果(ALT、AST、TBIL、K+)有明显的干扰和影响,分析测定结果时需注意是否有标本溶血。工作人员在采集标本至检测标本整个过程中应严格把握各个环节,保证发出报告的准确性和真实性,从而为患者提供优质的医疗服务。
Objective To explore the impact of specimen hemolysis on the partial results of blood biochemical examination and its corresponding measures. Methods Blood specimens of 50 individuals conducted physical examination in Tumor Hospital of Hunan Province were detected before and after the hemolysis by BACKMAN DxC800 fully automatic biochemistry analyzer.The values of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspertate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),urea nitrogen(BUN),K+,Na+,and Cl-were determined,respectively.And the data were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The values of ALT,AST,TBIL,and K+ after the hemolysis were higher than those before the hemolysis,and the difference was statistically significant.No statistically significant difference was found in the values of BUN,Na+, and Cl-before and after the hemolysis. Conclusions The results indicate that the values of ALT,AST,TBIL,and K+ are significantly interfered and influenced by the hemolysis,and hence,it is necessary to pay attention to specimen hemolysis while performing detection and analysis.Medical professionals should attach importance to each step during the course of collecting and detecting specimens in order to guarantee the accuracy and reality of the determination reports and provide the patients with high quality medical services.
