Overview and Development of Peanut Drying Technology

归纳了国内外花生热风干燥技术概况及存在的主要问题,指出了由花生经营模式引起的干燥方式的差异;系统介绍了适用于花生热风干燥的能源配置、典型装备结构、花生干燥特性及控制技术的研究现状与难点,并指出研发高效、经济、优质的花生快速干燥技术是符合我国国情的亟需解决的任务。

The key issues of peanut drying technology in domestic and overseas was summarized and the difference of drying ways caused by different business mode between domestic and overseas was induced. Energy disposition and typical equipment structure which were suitable for peanut drying was scientifically enumerated and their researches situation were outlined one by one. The research situation and difficul- ties of peanut drying characteristics and control technique were emphatically introduced. At last, it was pointed out that the research and de- velopment of green and economic and high quality quick-drying technology was necessary and imperative so as to satisfy the need of China＇s national conditions.
