红平菇的生长特性及其子实体营养成分分析 被引量:10

摘要 研究红平菇的生产栽培条件及其子实体营养成分组成,结果表明:红平菇一级培养的较优条件为PDA培养基,pH 6~7,温度25~28℃;二级培养的较优条件为液体摇瓶培养;三级培养的较优条件为散射光,光照强度为1 020lx,昼夜温差较大.红平菇子实体营养丰富,包含氨基酸、维生素、脂肪、还原糖、纤维、矿物质等成分,属于低脂肪、高蛋白的健康食品,具有较好的应用开发前景. In this paper,cultivation conditions and fruit body nutrition composition of Pleurotus djamor were observed and studied.The results indicated that the optimal condition of first-stage culture was PDA medium,pH value was 6 ~7,temperature was 25~ 28 ℃.The second-stage culture was liquid submerged culture with shake flask.The third-stage culture was scattered light,the intensity of illumination was 1 020 lx and temperature difference between day and night was large.The fruit body nutrition composition of Pleurotus djamor was rich,containing amino acid,vitamin,fattiness,reducing sugar,fiber and mineral matter.Pleurotus djamor is a kind of healthy food with high protein and low fat,the application is promising.
