从他评走向自评——论中职教师评价机制的重构 被引量:4

摘要 教师自评是教师评价的重要组成部分,是促进教师专业发展的必由之路。从重他人评价走向重自我评价是教育评价理念的深刻转变,是教师评价制度现代化的标志。笔者通过分析当前中职教师评价中存在的问题,分析构建从他评走向自评的教师评价机制所遵循的原则以及教师评价的方法。
