武钢结构调整研究

STUDY ON STRUCTURAL READJUSTMENT OF WISCO

从产品结构、工艺装备结构两方面入手 ,深入研究了武钢结构的现状、存在的问题 ,并对影响企业结构的环境因素如市场需求、主要竞争对手以及我国加入WTO对武钢的影响作了一定的分析 ,在此基础上 ,确定了武钢结构调整的原则和方向 。

Starting with the product structure and technology and equipment structure the present paper has deeply probed into the current conditions of the structure and existing problems in this respect in WISCO and analyzed the environmental factors affecting the structure of the enterprise such as the market demand and principal competitive opponents as well as the influence of China's entry into WTO on WISCO and then determined the principles and orientation of WISCO for the structural readjustment on the basis of the above analysis.
