心理与精神护理教学前后护生认知及就业意愿调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨护生在心理与精神护理教学前后的认知及就业意愿。方法采用自制问卷调查表分别在教学前后对129名护生的精神健康相关知识的认知及就业意愿进行调查并分析。结果教学前后护生认知有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对于就业意愿,无论教学前后,愿意从事精神科护理工作的护生,均以竞争力小,有生存、就业优势为首要原因。而不愿意从事精神科护理工作的原因中,则分别以没有自知力、特殊群体难沟通和职业恐惧、风险、压力为首。结论教学后,护生对心理健康及精神疾病方面的认知有明显的改观,但在能否像接纳正常人一样接纳精神病患者方面,仍持否定态度。目前社会环境如就业压力及精神健康需求对护生的就业意愿有一定影响。
