摘要 痕量Fe3+,Cu2+,Zn2+与2(5溴2吡啶偶氮)5二乙氨基苯酚(5BrPADAP)和Tween80在pH75的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,发生高灵敏显色反应,形成稳定的三元胶束络合物,在含20mmol/LHAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH75)和15mmol/L溴化四丁基铵(TBA·Br)的甲醇水(55+45)中,560nm波长处,在SpherexC18柱上,于10min内实现了Fe3+,Cu2+,Zn2+的同时分离测定,检出限(S/N=3)分别为35,23和11ng/mL。该法灵敏度高,用于铝合金样中铁、铜、锌的测定,结果与推荐值相符。 Highly sensitive chromogenic reaction of trace Fe 3+ , Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol and Tween 80 were found at pH7 5 and formed three corresponding ternary micelle complexes. The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography and spectrophotometric determination of iron, copper and zinc on spherex C 18 column has been investigated. The mobile phase was methanol-water(55+45) containing 15mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide and 20mmol/L pH7 5 acetate buffer. The three complexes could be separated completely within 10min. The detection limits were 3 5, 2 3 and 0 11ng/mL for Fe 3+ , Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ respectively when the ratio of signal to noise was 3 This method has been applied to determine iron, copper and zinc in aluminium alloy. The results were in good agreement with that recommended.
