摘要
在分析聚驱定向井抽油杆的受力并给出悬点载荷计算方法的基础上,应用结构力学的方法推导了考虑径向力的作用情况下抽油杆的挠度计算公式,并给出了杆管偏磨的判别方法以及扶正器的优化设计方案。根据聚驱定向井悬点载荷计算模型得出的计算值,与实测载荷值相比,悬点最大载荷与最小载荷的平均误差均<10%。通过现场实际应用,大幅延长了检泵周期,减少了油井维护的工作量。
Based on the analysis of stress exerted on the bucket rods and providing the computational method of the loading on the point of suspension, utilizing the method of structural mechanics derives the formula of bending deflection, considering the effect of radial force, moreover, distinguishing method of eccentric wear and the optimization method of centering device are also provided. According to the calculated value, which was obtained by using the loading computational mode of the point of suspension on the direction well which using polymer flooding, compares to the measured value,the average error of maximum and minimum load of polished rod load is less than 10% ,it can extend the circle of pump inspection significantly and reduce the working capacity of oil well maintenance by the application in the field.
