石油钻机绞车刹车鼓中频感应淬火摩擦性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 刹车鼓是石油钻机绞车中的关键部件,要求具有高的耐磨性和良好的制动性能。利用显微硬度计、金相显微镜、万能摩擦磨损试验机等设备对刹车鼓中频感应淬火和常规淬火试样的硬度、显微组织、摩擦因数等进行了对比分析研究。结果表明:感应淬火试样的硬度总体呈下降梯度分布,在淬硬层范围内高于常规淬火试样的硬度;相比于常规淬火试样的显微组织,感应淬火试样的表层淬硬层中马氏体更为细小,残余奥氏体含量也相对较少;感应淬火试样的摩擦因数高于常规淬火和调质状态试样的摩擦因数,其摩擦性能优良。 The brake wheel is the key component of the petroleum drilling rig drawworks, which is required high wear resistance and good braking performance. The comparative analysis studies in hardness,microstructure and friction coefficient between medium frequency induction hardening specimen with common quench specimen were carried on by using metallographic microscope,microhardness tester and universal frictionabrasion testing machine. The results showed that the hardness of induction hardening specimen was overall appearing as a descend gradient distribution,and in the hardened layer was higher than that of common quench specimen~ compared with common quench, the martensite in the hardened layer of induction hardening specimen was finer, and the content of residual austenite was relatively fewer. Moreover,the friction coefficient of induction hardening specimen was higher than that of common quench specimen and tempered state specimen, showing more excellent friction characteristic and braking characteristic.
