对后向离心风机圆弧叶片的新认识 被引量:5

A New Cognition about Arc Blade for Backward Centrifugal Fans

摘要 通常认为圆弧叶片的加工简单,但流动性能差,在后向离心风机已很少应用,但近来发现,有些圆弧叶片能有85%以上的整机全压效率。为此,本文对4个不同型号的后向离心风机采用圆弧叶片和现在常用的等当量扩张角流型叶片进行整机性能数值预估对比,结果表明:上凸圆弧叶片性能良好,但下凹圆弧叶片性能差。 It is commonly noted that the manufacture of arc blade is easy but the flow performance is bad. Therefore it has been a little used for backward centrifugal fans. Lately we suddenly found the efficiency of total pressure for some backward centrifugal fans with arc blade can reach more than 85%. Then the numerical predictions of the performance for the whole fan with arc blade and with constant equivalent expansion angle for four different kinds of backward centrifugal fans have been compared in the paper. It is shown from the results that the performance of the convex arc blade is good but the performance of the concave arc blade is bad.
