摘要
分析了ZG4 5Ⅱ的焊接性 ,并对焊接工艺参数进行了选择 ,阐述了ZG4 5Ⅱ特大厚壁件的焊接工艺。检验结果及使用情况表明 ,采用的焊接工艺可行 ,焊接质量理想。
EG 45Ⅱ is a specially big work piece with thick wall. Here is analyzed its weldability,selected its welding tech parameters,and introduced in details its welding process.The examination results and practical usage show its feasibility and good quality.
