天铁高炉喷煤技术进步

Technique progress of PCI of Tianjin Iron Plant

分析了天铁高炉喷煤特点,通过采取改善原燃料条件、提高风温、实行均匀喷吹、改进送风系统、加强高炉操作等措施,使天铁1、5号高炉煤比分别达到了190kg/t和200kg/t以上。

A series of measures,such as improving material quality,enhancing blast temperature, increasing uniformity of PCI, reforming the blasting system and improving BFs operation, were taken by analysing the characteristics of PCI of BFs at Tianjin Iron Plant. As results,the coal rate reached 190 kg/t on No.1 BF and 200 kg/t on No.5 BF.
