摘要
针对超超临界燃煤机组协调控制系统(CCS)的几个关键技术问题进行分析,着重解决机快炉慢及煤质变化对机组响应的问题。打破常规,具体问题具体分析,强调在不同的负荷段,区分升降负荷两种变负荷的情况下,强化变负荷的前馈作用、强调风、水、煤的整体调节作用,加快锅炉的响应能力。在煤质变化的过程中同步修正经验曲线,分工合作强调锅炉主控主汽压力调节器的修正作用,避免因人为因素造成参数整定的不合理导致在高负荷段的主汽压力波动的情况发生。适应中国电网对机组的考核要求,不以牺牲负荷调节幅度、速率及响应时间为代价,确保机组安全的前提下,满足电网的需求。
Some key technical issues of the ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit coordinated control system (CCS) are analyzed in this paper, The problems of the fast turbing and slow boiler, and units responding to the fast change in coal quality on furnace are solved. By breaking the routine, analyzing the specific issues, emphasizing the different load segments to distinguish between two variations of tile load lifting load conditions, strengthening the role of the forward feed variable load, stress, wind, water, coal's overall regulatory role, the responding speed of boiler can remarkably be improved..We synchronously modify the experience curve of changes in the process of coal, emphasize the main steam pressure boiler master regulator of the amendment, and avoid the main steam pressure fluctuations due to hurnan factors caused by the irrational parameter tuning in high-load segment . Under the premise of ensuring the safety of the unit, the requirement of power grid is met by adapting to the unit assessment requirements of the Chinese power grid without compromising the load amplitude, rate and cost of response time.
