摘要
通过建立在相似原理基础上水模型试验研究单吹模式下透气砖位置、透气砖特征和吹气量对液面排渣效果影响规律,而且对比分析了铁水包单吹模式和双吹模式的排渣效果。综合模拟试验结果,针对铁水吹气扒渣技术应用提出了合理建议。
In this paper slag removal effect on porous brick position,porous brick features and gas flow rate are studied by hydraulic model experiment based on similarity theory.Then slag removal effect on single blow and double blow are analyzed comparatively.Considering the phenomena of experiment and others,reasonable proposals are put forward.
