A Well-worth Arguing Focus——Symbolic Transition of China's Logistics Companies to The Third-party Pattern

我国国际货代企业向第三方物流转型观点有四种缘由,同时我国国际货代企业向第三方物流转型制约因素包括:企业规模偏小、缺乏专门人才、市场秩序不规范、后危机时代世界经济形势变数大等。提出了当前我国货代业应加强调控自律,健全市场机制、提高服务质量,创建特色品牌、摆正自身位置,实施集中化战略、整合服务网络,构筑虚拟企业、注重人才培养,建设人才队伍等经营对策。

The thesis makes a conclusion about four causes that lead to transitions of China＇s international logistics corporations to the ones in the third-party logistics pattern. Nevertheless,it presents the main restricting factors in the process of the long-term transitions, namely,small-scale enterprises,shortage of specialist talents, inefficient market orders and immense economic variables worldwide in the post-crisis era. Given all of these historical yet social backgrounds,it is obligatory for logistics companies of China to enhance their self-disciplines, perfect the market mechanism and improve their service quality;it is urgent for these corporate owners to make the accurate positioning of their own, establish and maintain their distinctive brands and cai^-ry out their missions of centralization;it is also compelling to materialize the conglomeration and a widely spreading service network, build up the modern virtual enterprise and take intellectuals seriously.
