基于协同发展视角,提出了大连东北亚国际物流中心的建设原则与功能定位,并提出大连东北亚国际物流中心的建设思路及对其发展提出了建议。

In view of collaborative development, this paper addresses the construction principles, together with the function positioning of Dalian International thought for its construction and Logistics Center of Northeast Asia, adhered to a train of suggestions for its progess.
