摘要 针对目前改性沥青荧光显微观测中观测样本制作手段的多样、不规范性,在通过运用荧光显微镜观测多种样本制备方法所得样本的基础上,全面分析了样本制备过程中添加盖玻片、玻片底面加热等常用手段对改性沥青荧光显微观测结果的影响。结果表明:保证样本不受外力和温度等扰动是获得改性沥青荧光显微真实形态结构的必要条件;样本表面平整是改性沥青荧光显微形态图像能得以有效获取的前提和基础;样本定量、定形是保证改性沥青荧光显微形态结构重现性好的有效途径。提出了保证改性沥青荧光显微形态重现性、稳定性好的样本制备方法。 In order to deal with the diversity and unnormalization of the preparation of modified asphalt samples in the fluorescence microscopy observation,the influence factors on the observation results were analyzed through test in various kinds of preparation methods,such as microscopic glass,heated or unheated microslide and so on.Ensuring that samples won't be beared by the external disturbances such as force and temperature is the necessary condition of acquiring real morphostructure.The flatness of sample's surface is the precondition and foundation of collecting microscopic images effectively.Rationing and figuration are effective ways to guarantee the good reproducibility morphostructure of modified asphalt.Finally,samples' preparation requirements that may guarantee the microstructure of modified asphalt better reproducibility and better stability were put forward.
