摘要
汽车制造业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,凸轮轴是汽车发动机的关键零部件,目前多依赖经验配置生产线员工、无法合理适应生产需要。本文依据凸轮轴生产线的功能需求,构建基于资源约束的生产线用工策略模型,根据此模型确定整个生产线的用工量。建立基于离散系统的仿真模型,对所提出的用工策略进行仿真分析验证,最后得到了优化后的生产线可行的方案,对实际生产起到指导作用。该模型和方法也可以应用到其他类似的生产实际。
Automotive manufacturing is the mainstay industry in the national economy in China and camshafts are the key components of automobile engines. Currently, workers are deployed to camshafts production line based on experience , which cannot reasonably meet the needs of production and directly influences the quality of the products. A production labor strategy model is presented based on resource constraint. According to this model, the number of workers of the camshaft production line is determined. The labor strategy model is verified by running the simulation model based on discrete-time systems. Finally the feasible plan of the optimized production line has been obtained and applied in the actual production. This model and the theory methodology can also be applied to other similar practical production.
