摘要
板坯火焰切割机是板坯连铸机后区的主要设备,利用PLC及变频器进行控制,现场使用表明,在高温连续生产的条件下,该装置能快速准确地完成各种规格的板坯的切割,提高了生产效率,同时该切割机还适用于切割温度从室温至900℃连铸坯、碳素钢和低合金钢等,应用范围较广。
Slab cutting machine is a slab continuous casting machine area of the main equipment, the use of PLC and inverter control, field use shows that in the continuous production of high-temperature conditions, the device can quickly and accurately complete a variety of specifications the slab cutting, improved production efficiency, while the cutter is also suitable for cutting temperature from room temperature to 900 ~C continuous casting, carbon steel and low alloy steel, wide range of applications.
