摘要
为了考察2010年化妆品风险监测抽验样品的防腐效果,参考《中国药典》(2010年版附录)对3种化妆品进行菌落计数方法学验证,选取回收率达到70%以上的3种化妆品进行微生物挑战性试验。通过对3类化妆品进行挑战性试验研究,结果表明,选择的3种化妆品均能通过挑战性试验。通过此次考察,可以为化妆品生产企业提高防腐工艺提供科学的依据,为消费者的健康提供参考。
According to the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia Appendix,total plate count method was used to assess the preservative effect of 3 types of cosmetic which were Beijing Drug Administration cosmetic risk survey testing samples in 2010.Three cosmetic samples with recovery rate over 70% were selected to carry out the microbial challenge test.The results showed that all of three kinds of cosmetics passed the challenge test.It not only provided the scientific basis for cosmetic manufacturers to improve preservative efficiency,but also good reference to guarantee consumer health.
