摘要
分析了在学习JB/T4730.3标准中焊接接头质量分级方法时的困惑。提出用图表形式的分级方法,将JB/T 4730.3焊接接头质量分级表细分,使超声检测人员对焊缝质量分级更容易理解。
This paper made the analysis for the difficulties faced by common UT inspectors during study of welded joint＇s quality classification method of standard JB/T 4730. 3 firstly, then proposed classifying method by chart form, made detailed classifications of the welded joint＇s quality classifying table in JB/T 4730.3, in order to easily understand welded seam quality classifications by UT inspectors.
