摘要
针对中原油田已进入中高含水开发阶段,层间、层内矛盾进一步加剧等问题,考察了用于中高渗油藏的延迟膨胀凝胶颗粒调剖技术和橡胶颗粒复合调剖技术。确定了延迟膨胀凝胶颗粒体系,100℃下其膨胀倍数可达7~12倍;膨胀时间10 d以上,热稳定性能仍较好;封堵能力强。指出0.1~0.5 mm橡胶颗粒适应于渗透率为(4 500~6 000)×10-3μm2的地层,0.5~20 mm橡胶颗粒适应于渗透率为(6 000~10 000)×10-3μm2的地层,橡胶颗粒复合调剖体系具有较好的抗盐性和热稳定性,封堵率可达99.8%。形成了一套适合中原油田高含水期的调剖调驱技术,该技术现场应用60井次,取得较好的效果。
In view of the fact that the development of Zhongyuan Oilfield has been in the middle and high water cut stage and the interlayer and intralayer interference has intensified, a profile control technique of de- layed expansion gel particles and a compound profile control technique of rubber particles for middle or high permeability reservoir development were studied, and an optimum profile control system of delayed expansion gel particles was selected. This profile control system can expand by 7 to 12 times at 100 °C, its thermal sta- bility remains good after it expands for 10 d or more, and its shut - off capacity is high. The rubber particles of 0.1 to 0.5 mm are suitable for the reservoir of the permeability of 4 500 x 10 -3 to 6 000 x 10 -3 μm, and the ubber particles of 0.5 to 20 mm are suitable for the reservoir of the permeability of 6 000 x 10-3 to 10 000 x 10-3μm. The compound profile control system of rubber particles is good in salt resistance and thermal stability with the plugging rate of 99.8%. A profile control and oil displacement technology suitable for the development of the high water - cut stage of used successfully at production site for 60 times.
