摘要
以三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、甲醇等为原料,制备环保型醚化蜜胺树脂,确定了最佳工艺条件:三聚氰胺与甲醛物质的量比为1∶3.5,三聚氰胺与甲醇物质的量比为1∶(5~6),羟甲基化、醚化和缩聚反应温度分别为85,50,80℃,羟甲基化、醚化和缩聚反应体系pH分别为8.0~9.0,3.5~4.5,6.5~7.0,乌洛托品用量为2.0%。此条件下制备的醚化蜜胺树脂性能稳定。
A kind of environment friendly etherized melamine resin was prepared with melamine, paraformaldehyde and methanol, etc. as the materials. The optimum process conditions were identified: the molecular ratio of melamine to formaldehyde is 1 : 3.5, the molecular ratio of melamine with methanol is 1 : (5 - 6), methylolation, etherification and polycondensation reaction temperatures are 85 °C, 50 °C and 80 °C respectively, the pH values of methylolation, etherification and polycondensation reaction systems are 8.0 to 9.0, 3.5 to 4.5 and 6.5 to 7.0 respectively, and the usage of urotropine is 2.0%. The etherized melamine resin that is stable and environment friendly was produced at such conditions.
