摘要
对涉诉信访进行分类是建立涉诉信访处理机制的前提。按照不同的分类标准,我们可以将涉诉信访分为群体性信访和个体性信访、未裁判信访和已裁诉信访、有理信访和无理信访、单次性信访和反复性信访以及公益性信访和私益性信访。
The classification of lawsuit letter-petition is the premise of establishing a letter petition handling mechanism.According to different classification criteria,lawsuit letter-petition is divided into groups letters and individual letters,not-sentenced petition and sentenced petition,rational and irrational petition,single petition and repeated petitions as well as public welfare and private petition.
