略论笔迹鉴定文书的规范写作

A Simple Discussion on the Standard of Writing Handwriting Identification documents

目前,司法鉴定机构出具的一些鉴定文书在内容写作方面缺乏明确、具体、统一的标准,在记叙、表述、论证等语言文字的组织和安排方面,不同鉴定机构、鉴定人的风格不一,各行其是、自成一派。针对部分鉴定文书存在着叙述简略、论证简单、结论简化等影响鉴定文书质量的几个问题,以笔迹鉴定为例,建议从行业的角度上对鉴定文书写作进行初步规范。

As a kind of legal documents with legal effect,the forensic identification documents,issued by the agency of the judicial authentication,should be serious and standard.Due to the lack of clear,specific and unified standard in the content and structure of forensic identification documents,different judicial authentication agency may have different criteria in forensic appraisal.Using handwriting identification as an example,this paper probes into the questions of brief description,simple demonstrationand concise conclusion and suggests that the forensic identification documents should be standardized.
