儿童及孕妇青光眼患者的药物治疗

Medications for glaucoma in children and pregnant women

青光眼药物治疗因其风险-效益比可能是最低的,故仍被认为是降眼压治疗的首选方案。但由于儿童及孕妇自身的特殊性,药物治疗方案的选择不同于一般青光眼患者。本文着重通过对近些年医学文献中有关儿童、孕妇青光眼患者药物治疗方案的研究报道进行整理,为眼科医师提供临床处理时参考。

Topical glaueoma medications, with lower risk-benefit ratio, are considered the preferred scheme to control the intraocular pressure. However, it is difficult to choose anti-glaucoma drugs for children and pregnant women because of their particularity. The article reviewed the recent literatures related to glaucoma medications in children and pregnant women, and provided some suggestions for ophthalmologists.
